The cake above is from Fancy Cake Shop, and serves about 92 people. It’s a 3-layer stacked cake in white chocolate cream cheese icing – doesn’t that sound delicious. This awesome wedding cake is decorated with fondant ribbons, royal icing roses and gumpaste hyacinths. So check this out: $3.50 a slice – the cake averages at about $355!

The next three (amazingly beautiful) cakes are by Fancy Cakes by Lauren, located in Dallas, Texas. I saw her cakes and had to share then with you! And check out what Lauren had to say about the three cakes shown below!

Fancy Cakes By Lauren

Cake 1: Square Topsy Turvy – Five square tiers all stacked at different angles put a spin on the traditionally stacked cake.  The cake is covered with edible gum paste flowers and butterflies.

Cake 2: Julie’s Cake – We make a lot of wedding cakes for Indian weddings which are usually vibrant with colors and decor.  This wedding was no different. I loved this bride’s color palette and I pulled her colors into the cake design.  Round and hexagon tiers in varying heights add even more interest..

Cake 3: Sushmita’s Cake – I love Indian weddings!  The bride wanted the cake to be as gold and bold as the rest of her wedding. The round tiers are sculpted into concave and convex shapes.  Edible gold luster with pink and green accents and traditional Indian designs create a show-stopping cake.
