Refractive surgery for vision correction has made many significant advances since its start as radial keratotomy. The concept was first used in the early 1960’s by Sato in Japan. However, the original procedure did not work for most people. It is the earliest form of vision correction surgery. Over time in the 1970’s the procedure was corrected by the Russian, ophthalmologist Fyodorov and it was performed in the United States of America in 1978.
Today, several different options exist to help the majority people who wear glasses or contact lenses reduce their dependence on their corrective lenses. Refractive surgery is mostly elective and cosmetic. However, most people today are depending on the laser vision correction procedure to correct their vision.

What is social anxiety disorder? It is one of the most common psychiatric illnesses. It consists of a persistent fear of one or more social performance situations in which the person is exposed to unfamiliar people or to possible scrutiny by others. The individual begins to fear that he or she will act in a way that will be humiliating or embarrassing.
Now let’s ask the question of what the causes of social anxiety disorder are. What are the causes of this disorder? Usually, it is developed in the childhood. The cause can be genetics if either of the parents had social anxiety as a child then the child is more likely to have it too. It can also be caused by the brain chemical imbalance. Where there is an imbalance of serotonin then it can be a cause of some disorders. Another factor would be the environment in which the child grew up in. This can affect his/her personality. If he is embarrassed in front of other people then it can trigger social anxiety. Also another cause in teenagers includes negative experiences; this is because if they were embarrassed at school or were scrutinized because of their body image, it can trigger this disorder.

Desi men are now looking for new trends and designs in clothes. The Desi clothes and western styles, the formal shirts and casual suits are all moving into to world of high fashion. Furthermore the advents of new stylists and coming about of many fashion aficionados are looking to retake older trends and make them into the new fashion flavor of the month. This month, is the re-advent of the Nehru Suit. For those of you who don’t know the suit, it was named after Jawaharial Nehru, the first prime minister of Independent India. It is well know for its lack of lapels, collar and button covering layer and many ranging from Johny Carson, Joe Mamath, and even Sammy Davis Jr. took part in the PM’s fashion. At about a few steps almost in the door my eye caught a winter jacket, blue with faded gray design, without lapels, or a collar, and was designed with a layer covering the buttons. Instantly I recognized that Zara has created the first Nehru Peacoat and was apparently were doing quite well with it. The manager of the store stated it was their hottest item of the fall. I decided perhaps simply for research purposes I should buy one, yet due to the “tickle me elmo” craze behind this item, I was only left with smalls, and luckily that size does not fit…
